Attitude

Rewards the expert, guides the beginner

Born out of conflict.
Today we sow a legacy.

Warrent Brew was born in a region of Colombia marked by armed conflict. Its founders lived through that adversity first-hand, but decided the story would not be an anchor — it would be an engine: the victims became creators, and resilience became the human core of the brand.

Today we grow our coffee at 4,900 ft on the Las Margaritas farm, in the Sarcirí district. Every bean is physical proof that land which once brought pain now produces gold.

Resilience can't be manufactured: it's our greatest advantage and the soul of the brand.

Mission

To grow and roast the highest-quality Colombian coffee — Castillo variety, 85+ SCA points — controlling every link of the chain, from the Las Margaritas farm to the packaging, delivering a cup that rewards the connoisseur and warmly accompanies anyone just starting their coffee journey.

Vision

To be recognized as a benchmark Colombian coffee brand in the premium segment — present in homes, offices and corporate tables — expanding our footprint into new markets without ever losing the control and traceability that define us.

Expert or beginner? Here's your ritual

  1. Chemex, V60 or French press: 5 to 7 g of coffee per 100 ml of water.
  2. Grind: medium, dialed in to your method and contact time.
  3. Extraction: 30-second bloom, pulse pours, water at 198–201 °F.
  4. Cupping: look for the amaretto note in the finish and the lingering red-fruit sweetness.
  1. Standard drip machine: 1 heaping tablespoon of finely ground coffee per cup (about 100 ml of water).
  2. Hot water, not boiling (wait a minute after it boils).
  3. Let it rest for a few minutes, filter and enjoy your cup.
  4. No rules: the goal is a cup you love, not a perfect one.
